Income tax – Portfolio Sheet

What should I do if I receive the Portfolio Sheet?

  • From 2015, individuals can download Portfolio Sheet from Mybrd Net application.
  • Also you will receive it by mail. Make sure you sign it only after having checked the accuracy of data.
  • A copy of the portfolio sheet with the 200 statement must be submitted or sent by registered letter to the Tax Administration in your area.
  • If applicable, the tax on the income obtained in 2015 fiscal year is paid until 25th of May 2016 by payment order or directly at the head office of the tax administration in your area.

If the identification data have changed, please submit to the tax administration in your area an amending statement and contact a BRD agency to have the identification data updated.

In case you performed no redemption/sale of securities in 2015 fiscal year no statement must be submitted.
 
What happens if I exceed this deadline?
In this case, the measures are determined by the tax inspectors within the local administration in your area.
